FQZ CLASSIFIER

Working Principle

The material is transported into the feeding pipe by the feeder and sucked into the grading chamber by the fan, and is fully dispersed at the grading cone. Due to the strong centrifugal force generated by the rotor, the coarse particles are thrown to the wall of the cylinder, and the airflow of the fine powder passes through the gap between the rotor blades. The upper outlet is discharged and enters the capture device of the system. The coarse particles are further separated into the fine particles mixed in the coarse particles due to the action of the secondary air sieve at the gap between the elutriation ring and the feeding pipe, and are sent to the classification room for re-classification. The coarse particles go down along the cylinder wall and are discharged from the coarse powder outlet by the star discharge valve.

Adaptation

This machine is suitable for chemical, mining, building materials, electronics, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, coatings, dyes, food, metallurgy, feed and other industries.

Features

This machine is a dry air classifier, which is a centrifugal classifier with secondary air inlet and classification rotor. Generally suitable for the classification of non-sticky materials. It is suitable for the classification of various organic and inorganic substances. The width of the grading range is available in the range of 3μm-150μm. Generally, ultrafine powder with a content of <10 μm up to 97-100% can be obtained.

Spherical, flaky and fibrous particles can be classified. It can also separate materials of different densities, such as fibers and wood chips from recycled rubber.

The classification accuracy is high, and the classification rotor adopts the principle of fluid mechanics to generate a forced eddy current, creating a strong and stable centrifugal force field, and obtaining a precise classification d75/d25=1.1-1.5.

High grading efficiency, excellent grading rotor and air sieve effect of secondary air intake, make the Newton efficiency reach η=60-90% or more.

The machine simplifies the complex fluid theory into a simple structure. Therefore, the operation, maintenance and cleaning are all convenient, and the size of the classified particle size is easy to adjust.

The equipment has compact structure, small footprint, easy installation, no noise and low vibration.

It can be combined with mechanical pulverizer or jet pulverizer for closed-loop operation, and the production capacity can be doubled. Closed circuit operation allows heat-sensitive, low melting point materials to be pulverized in a mechanical pulverizer.
